Seton Haven Apartments are designed specifically for elderly persons, at least 62 years of age, with 10 units set aside for individuals with disabilities who are mobility impaired. This 100 unit complex provides affordable housing and offers safe and comfortable community living.
Two of the basic eligibility requirements are:
1. Annual income cannot exceed $37,900* for one person or $43,300* for two persons.
2. The head of household, co-head or spouse must be at least 62 years of age, or disabled, according to HUD guidelines. Seton Haven will consider any applicant who is less than 62 years of age only if they are mobility impaired and then only for a unit specially designed for the mobility impaired.
¨ All residents must be physically and mentally capable of caring for themselves or otherwise provide for their own care.

Rent is calculated on the basis of 30% of your gross income less allowable medical expenses or 10% of your gross annual income, whichever is greater. Rent includes water, electricity, and garbage. You are responsible for your own cable television and telephone service.
